What are the exercise guidelines for the elderly?

Try and move your body more often

Try to do moderate intensive exercise for at least 150 minutes every week

Increasing the intensity and the duration of exercising provides more health benefits

Do muscle- and bone strengthening exercises a minimum of twice a week

Do balancing exercises twice a week

Prevent too much sitting
